Impact Projects

A selection of works where storytelling drives digital impact.

Bolognese

Film and digital campaign on memory, tradition, and the art of handmade pasta.

A poetic short documentary on Emilia’s culinary heritage through the hands of Alessandra Spisni, one of Bologna’s most iconic sfogline.

Shot as an auteur film, it has been selected at film festivals and presented as an MBA case study on food storytelling and tourism.

Alongside the film, a cross-platform campaign of reels and carousels reached over 4 million organic views, turning the project into a digital phenomenon that bridged tradition and contemporary media.

Come Sopravvivere

Where survival tips met storytelling — and built a community.

Italian adaptation of the award-winning web documentary series How to Survive, produced by Underknown and winner of a Webby Award.

As showrunner, I built and led the Italian team of translators, editors, and voice-over artists, defining the editorial strategy and managing the community.

The channel grew from zero to 15,000 followers in just six months, turning complex survival stories into engaging short-form content.

Alessandra Spisni

Where handmade pasta met the algorithm of virality.

From Bologna’s kitchens to viral screens: a digital rebirth for a beloved Italian sfoglina.

Through a strategy of storytelling, short-form content, and community engagement, I helped generate over 110 million organic views in 2023, with peaks of 30 million in a single month.

The project reconnected tradition with new audiences, while her return to RAI and an appearance in Netflix’s Chef’s Table amplified her cultural impact.
